Fat burning
There are different ways to burn fat. Fat burning increases if cardio training is done more than twenty minutes in a row. As soon as the training is over, the fat burning decreases quite fast as well.
The basal metabolism approximates the old level again. This form of training is interested in how many calories are burned during the training. Vibration training results in a longer-lasting positive effect on the basal metabolism.
Due to the enormous muscle activity during the training in combination with an improved distribution of the IGF-1 Hormone, fat burning in resting phases increases. The IGF-1 hormone helps with the conversion of carbohydrates in sugars and fats and consequently in fatty acids.
These nutrients can than be better absorbed by the blood. At the same time, the blood circulation increases as well, so that theses substances are transported faster to their destination and the remaining waste products are discharged faster.
The body works better and has been as it were awakened. A balanced diet is of course of essential importance for the burning of fat. In order to burn fat efficiently, the amount of calories entering the body via food must be less or equal to the amount that is burned by the body.
As soon as the body receives more than it is able to burn, insulin will transfer the nutrients into fats.
Effects metabolism after vibration training.
A study in Idaho with regard to the effects of the training with vibration techniques on the metabolism was carried and showed clear results. Within six weeks, thirteen healthy test persons were tested. Six persons of the group trained with a vibration platform, seven trained with conventional training methods.Subsequent measurements showed that the basal metabolism, the speed with which the body burns calories in rest, had decreased by 6,4% in the reference group, but the vibration training group showed an increase of 21,9%.

This means that vibration training has a positive influence on fat burning, provided the diet is adjusted accordingly.
