Vertical Vibration

altThe direction created by a VibroGym whole body vibration plate is 100% vertical. The motion amplitude is vertical, if the platform constantly and exclusively moves up and down. This motion is created by rotating weights under the platform that generate a power of impact. The resulting centrifugal power makes sure that the platform with the mounted motors is moving.
The amount of weight at the motion axis in turn determines the dislocation (amplitude). The speed of rotation determines the frequency.

The motion amplitude is the same for each point on the platform. This means that a great number of exercises can be done and many applications are possible. The effect of the training is determined by the quality of the vibrations, which in turn also depend on the synchronisation of the motors and the stiffness of the construction.

Why vertical vibration?

Not all vibration platforms available on the market create a vertical motion. An example is 3d vibration which means that the movement of the vibration plate is not only vertical but also horizontal. This can be dangerous because of the effects it can have on the joints for the long term.
As the inventor of the original plate, we have the know how and the technique to guarantee you the direction, amplitude and frequency that we claim. This means you will have a vibration plate that will be safe and effective.
